Reynolds Farm Equipment CEO and leadership

Mitch Frazier serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of AgriNovus Indiana, a nonprofit initiative focused on growing the agtech and agbioscience economy. Prior to AgriNovus, Mitch served as Chief Executive Officer of regional John Deere retailer Reynolds Farm Equipment where he led the 250-person organization to be named among the top-performing John Deere dealers in the North America.

Prior to agriculture, he led teams across Indiana’s growing tech economy, serving as a senior leader at TinderBox, Salesforce and ExactTarget. During this tenure with ExactTarget, he rose to the rank of Vice President where he united marketing, corporate strategy, investor relations and communications to spearhead a successful 2012 IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:ET) and the company's subsequent $2.5 billion acquisition by Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) in 2013.

Mitch began his career in public service. He led media relations for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels' economic development team and served in various U.S. Army Civilian leadership roles, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District Chief of Public Affairs (Kansas City), senior Civilian public affairs officer for the agency in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina and as a senior spokesperson for reconstruction in Iraq. Mitch served on active duty in the U.S. Army for five years where he achieved the rank of Sergeant.

Mitch, a father of two, is an Indiana native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA - both from Upper Iowa University.
