The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Transportation/Highway Engineering Intern for the Infrastructure Business Unit in Atlanta, Georgia. The Transportation/Highway Engineering Intern will collaborate with and be mentored by engineering associates on our team. The selected candidate will assist on plan preparation for a variety of roadway design projects. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a better understanding of the Transportation Engineering Industry. Responsibilities: Assist a team of highway engineers with the design of roadway corridors, intersections, and interchanges. This includes roadway geometrics, alternatives analysis, alignment studies, roadside safety evaluations, and crash and safety reporting. The Project Scheduler will lead the planning & scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects. The Labor Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of labor crews on construction projects to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Clark is seeking a Preconstruction Manager (MEP/Systems) to support our Atlanta office and our southeastern projects. The Preconstruction Manager's key responsibilities include supporting Project teams in developing and maintaining detailed budgets for MEP/Systems specialties primarily in the Preconstruction Phase, but also as needed in the Construction Phase. These budgets are typically produced at key design milestones and are maintained continually throughout the design process. The MEP/Systems Preconstruction Manager will also develop and manage relationships with MEP/Systems Trade Partners. The Safety Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of thousands of team members on our jobsites each day. Whether working in general construction or one of our affiliate companies, you'll work alongside Clark leaders to advance our policies, programs, and procedures governing safe work practices and promote our 24/7 culture of care. Implementing safe working practices and ensuring the well-being of everyone is a core value of Clark. Safety coordinators are responsible for assisting in the administration of Clark's Safety, Health and Environmental program to ensure a safe and healthy environment for Clark employees, trade contractors, and the surrounding community.
