Key responsibilities include: Collaboration: Partner with pursuit managers, architects, interior designers, engineers, and business developers to help develop winning strategies and capture management plans. Proposal and Presentation Management: Lead and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses, which include managing multiple and concurrent deadlines, implementing winning strategies into document deliverables, verifying compliance, and helping to develop compelling content that communicates key messages. Content Development: Help craft persuasive narratives, resumes, and project descriptions tailored to client needs for proposals, presentations, and targeted marketing collateral. To be successful in this role, you must: * Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and seven years of progressive experience within marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Bring experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver effective sales enablement support. Be knowledgeable of AEC terminology and industry practices, with a clear understanding of how firms position themselves and compete to win work.
