Technical Design & Strategy + Develop robust conversion strategies using a deep understanding of Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM data models. + Oversee design activities, including data mapping, development, validation, and optimization for large-scale datasets. Data Loading & Integration Tools + Leverage tools such as Informatica, FBDI, REST APIs, Oracle OIC, ODI, and data profiling solutions for large data loads. + Maintain stringent data quality, integrity, and performance standards throughout the migration. Collaboration with Technical Designers + Partner with Technical Designers to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution architecture. + Provide input on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and keep all teams on track with project goals. Team Leadership & Mentorship + Lead onshore and offshore teams, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and managing performance. + Mentor team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Testing & Cutover Management + Conduct design reviews, coordinate mock runs and dress rehearsals, and guide final cutover support. + Validate success criteria and readiness, ensuring minimal business disruption during go-live. Data Governance & Quality + Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices across all workstreams. + Monitor data quality metrics, track lineage, and ensure regulatory compliance or adherence to internal data standards. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned. + Provide training and workshops to team members, end users, and stakeholders to ensure proper adoption of data conversion processes. Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Strategy Serve as the functional owner for D365 Finance & Operations across Finance and Operations domains Define and maintain the functional roadmap aligned to business strategy and growth Establish best practices for process design, configuration, documentation, and change management Provide functional leadership for enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations Finance & Operations Partnership Partner closely with Finance leaders (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, AP/AR, Fixed Assets) and Operations teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing/Logistics) Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, and future-state needs Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Advise stakeholders on standard D365 capabilities vs. customization tradeoffs D365 F&O Configuration & Delivery Own functional configuration for key modules, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management & Costing Supply Chain & Operations workflows Review and validate solution designs with technical teams to ensure functional integrity Support testing efforts (UAT, regression testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs Governance, Support & Optimization Act as escalation point for complex functional issues and cross-module impacts Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes Ensure controls, compliance, and audit requirements are met within D365 Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system adoption Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior functional consultants and business analysts Collaborate with developers, architects, data, and integration teams Partner with PMO and change management teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional role Deep expertise in Finance modules with strong exposure to Operations/Supply Chain Proven experience leading functional design for complex ERP implementations or rollouts Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and operational processes Experience working directly with senior Finance and Operations stakeholders Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, or global ERP environments Prior experience as a functional lead or solution lead on D365 F&O implementations Familiarity with integrations, reporting (Power BI), and data governance concepts D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management certifications

The Manager supports a strong first line ownership model by partnering with technology and business stakeholders to embed security into planning, development, and operational activities. Responsibilities Working closely with client stakeholder, build, manage, and scale a Cyber Threat Intelligence Team from the ground up. Lead on Developing Standard Operating Procedures for threat intelligence activities, taking into account specific client activities and stakeholders, such as tooling, reporting lines, and out of hours incidents. Lead on managing most severe and critical cyber security incidents including supporting incident responders with reporting, updates and investigations to aid incident response and crisis management in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Train, and mentor threat intelligence analysts, engineers, and threat hunters. Establish operational processes, escalation paths, and playbooks. Oversee the triage of cyber events, ensuring rapid identification, investigation, and remediation. Manage incident response activities, coordinating across IT, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders. Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting to measure SOC effectiveness. Lead proactive threat hunting operations to identify potential compromises and undetected malicious activity. Recommend emerging tools and processes to enhance maturity. Conduct regular check-ins, provide coaching and feedback, manage performance reviews and improvement plans, and support career development with the members of your team. Serve as the main liaison between team members and ECS program management team, ensuring timely program and personnel updates and controlling quality on client deliverables. With the support of the Talent Acquisition team, participate in hiring processes ensuring team resourcing aligns with client expectations and program needs. Lead onboarding tasks (e.g., joiner tickets, scheduling, equipment, success plans), manage offboarding logistics and leaver tickets, and ensure operational continuity. Manage team schedules, approve PTO, ensure timesheet compliance, and maintain a consistent high-quality service to the client. Working closely with the ECS program management team, align on overall program strategy and priorities to create clear, actionable, team deliverables. Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber threat intelligence, or cyber security operations. Leadership in a threat intelligence environment a plus. Ability to distil highly technical information into more business centric, risk orientated language for presentation to senior leadership. Experience with: Splunk (or other event monitoring capability), Crowdstrike, RecordedFuture, MS sentinel, SentinelOne, OpenCTI, MISP, Proofpoint. Deep knowledge of incident response, digital forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence. Hands‑on experience with SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, and log management tools. Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GSOM and GCTI), or equivalent.
