Cons of working at Reynoldsburg City Schools

HR is unhelpful, covers up mistakes, calls you and threatens your job if you unveil their mistakes that could cause district to be sued. The HR director told me I was on her list the first day I started work because she did not like the director that I worked for. I had never worked in a school before and that was my day one experience. A target on my back. Never, ever, ever again. Shame on RCS for allowing this person to remain employed
