Conducting Property and Facility Condition Assessments are the main task for this position. Site visits may require overnight travel. Looking for a professional who can provide quality, detailed reporting for our clients. Some projects require teams and others are completed individually. Assessments cover the built structures and cash reserve tables for upcoming repairs to be included in the reporting. General Responsibilities: Diagnose and develop repair/restoration solutions for the built environment. This includes all major components and systems of buildings and other infrastructure. Projects range from property condition assessments to detailed evaluations of structural systems, roofs, facades, plaza deck and below grade waterproofing systems, MEP systems, pavements, industrial floors, and construction materials.
