Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Introduce overall Company capabilities to the federal clients, contractors, and strategic partners on federal pursuits and projects.
Support the strategic development of Geosyntec's long term federal strategy and growth including revenue objectives and strategic partnerships.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for the environment to support our environmental field operations. The Environmental Technician I will assist team leads on projects by collecting reliable data, troubleshooting issues that come up in the field, and maintaining and preparing equipment for field work. In addition to performing field work, the position will support senior management in the office by reviewing and compiling data, contributing to the quality assurance program, and acting as a leader in safety protocols and planning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business development, project management and technical lead for air quality projects related to emissions quantification and studies, carbon and climate change programs, environmental impact assessments, regulatory analysis and permitting, and compliance solutions.
Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events.
Technical leader for air quality matters regulatory analyses as driven by the Clean Air Act, as well as state and local regulations and evolving GHG regulations and reporting programs.

General Responsibilities:
Conduct environmental site investigations, assessments and surveys to sample, measure and analyze air, water, material, and soil. Identify, evaluate and recommend risk and remediation strategies/designs to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Prepare applicable permit applications, risk assessments and technical documents including proposals, reports and regulatory agency correspondence. Design systems and environmental protection plans. EXPERIENCED DUE DILIGENCE PROJECT MANAGER needed in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. Share your experience with our team as we develop real and actionable solutions for our clients. Conducting Property and Facility Condition Assessments are the main task for this position. Site visits may require overnight travel. Looking for a professional who can provide quality, detailed reporting for our clients. Some projects require teams and others are completed individually. General Responsibilities:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:
* Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project teams, leadership, and nationwide company offices and client/project locations.
* Work with and support technical leads on all aspects of the project to address client goals and objectives.
* Support projects from scoping through final deliverables.
* Support developing technical aspects of CCR and site-civil design projects including site grading, stormwater analysis, technical drawing and specifications, engineering/site-civil calculations, and report deliverables.
* Execute projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
* B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* 2+ years of professional services consulting experience in engineering design supporting land development and/or geo-environmental, site-civil development, heavy industry, and waste management projects.
* Familiarity with earthwork, site/civil, geotechnical, or stormwater aspects of residential/commercial/industrial projects.
* Experience with Coal Combustion Residual (CCR) and industrial/solid waste management a plus.

* With the assistance from the Materials and/or Geotechnical Department Manager, plans, recruits, selects and provides training for personnel in the department.
