    Office Coordinator 2 RH2 is currently seeking an Office Coordinator 2 in our Tacoma location with previous Contract Administrator experience. This position combines office and administrative support to ensure RH2's Tacoma office is operational and the professional staff receive project support. With your skills you will: Perform intermediate office tasks such as routing phone calls, processes incoming/outgoing mail, schedule meetings in MS Outlook, setup meetings in conference rooms, maintain office and kitchen supplies, and responsible for overall office organization. Coordinate the preparation of client and subconsultant contracts using the established contract review process. Track document status, ensures Director review, and obtains signatures by the deadline assigned. Assist Project Managers and professional staff with the preparation of letters, memoranda, reports, specifications, and other technical-related documents from rough drafts to final product following internal procedures. Prepares material for distribution as instructed. Maintain network and paper copies of project files. Prepare files for archiving or destruction following internal processes. Assist with other Administration responsibilities in other offices when time and workloads allow. Conduct research on various topics, as assigned. Participate in special assignments and/or on the social committee. Coordinate office social events including setup and breakdown. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. KJ will assist you in relocation costs. Key Responsibilities: Act as the day-to-day team leader for the project. Foster daily interactions with clients, designers, owners, contractors, inspectors, and relevant authorities. Prepare and/or review meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Conduct regular meetings with field office staff to address and resolve project-related matters. Facilitate the fair yet firm resolution of all project issues. Ensure the project aligns with approved plans, specifications, budget, and schedule. Coordinate and oversee sub-consultants. Direct the field services and reviews Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, Field Memorandum, Clarifications, Request for Quotes (RFQs), Change Orders (COs), Work Directive Changes (WDCs), monthly progress payments and recommendations prepared by others, Contractor prepared construction schedules, and documentation control performed by the field staff. Monitor development and distribute timely meeting agendas and minutes. Take responsibility for safety monitoring and mentoring of team members. Maintain a current copy of the agreement with the client and all change orders. Oversee accounting project management tasks, including the review and approval of employee timesheets, project status reports, monthly billing draft statements, aging reports, and more. Cultivate a strong relationship with the client, including regular communication regarding construction and contract-related matters. Prepare and distribute owner-required project reports. Attend and, when necessary, represent the owner at public meetings. Actively engage in mentoring and facilitating the growth of employees by reviewing their work products for quality assurance. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written documentation, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and attention to detail. Qualifications: 10-20 years of relevant experience managing all aspects of construction projects, from concept to close-out, in the water, wastewater, and stormwater industry. Professional engineering (PE) is not required but is a plus. Certifications such as CCM or PMP are a plus. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, SharePoint, and Unifier is a plus. Ability to travel to KJ offices and project sites required. Familiarity with materials, means, methods, tools, and contractual obligations involved in the construction or repair of various physical assets, including water and wastewater and process equipment installations. Knowledge of building codes, technical requirements of construction, and current project delivery methodologies. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a timely manner to various project parties, including designers, owners, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. This position requires full-time on-site and off-site presence, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work in a construction environment with limited amenities. Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $130,000 to $180,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, seniority, and familiarity with water/wastewater facilities. The Structural Engineer plays a crucial role in designing and ensuring the structural integrity and life safety of various infrastructure projects such as pump stations, reservoirs, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities: You will work closely with other engineers and designers as a part of the Kennedy Jenks Technical Services Team. Lead structural engineering projects in the design of concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and composite construction to deliver structural solutions for projects both large and small. This role will require the preparation of specifications and drawings on projects as it relates to structural engineering. Design and analyze structures such as treatment plant buildings, tanks, clarifiers and other facilities that are a part of the water and wastewater treatment process in high seismic regions. Projects may also include existing structure evaluation. Design and analysis of pump stations including the buildings that house pumps, piping systems and support structures. Experience with RISA 3D, Enercalc, RAM Elements, RAM Structural Systems, and STAAD is preferred. Lead structural engineering efforts related to engineering services during construction as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Work includes on-site structural observation. Experience working on structural engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes collaboration, design, analysis, and construction phase. Deep understanding of structural design principles, codes and standards. Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D/BIM modeling. Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) required in the state of Oregon.
