DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans
Spending adequate amounts of time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts in interactions and relationships with people supported, maintaining harmony between employees clients while serving as a positive role model
Provides audits for medication administration.
Resolving employee issues and conducting performance reviews
Ensuring that employees meet training requirements and attend required events
Monitoring select budget items and staying within guidelines
Monitoring and providing feedback to employees during all three shifts in interactions and relationships with the people supported
Providing after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification
CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
Must be at least 18 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally pull at least 50 lbs.

Supervisory Relationships: Reports to Coordinator of Transportation and in his/her absence, the Assistant Coordinator of Transportation. May supervise the activities of a Bus Rider Assistant when applicable. Like all Orange Grove employees, the Bus Driver works for each person and family we support and serve.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED required
Experience: Must be 25 years of age and have not less than five years driving experience with valid, unrestricted operator's license. Must possess a Commercial Driver's License with P and S endorsements. Must have an excellent driving record. Experience working with adults and children with intellectual and physical disabilities would be helpful. Must have basic writing and record keeping skills. Newly hired driver who must earn CDL and/or appropriate endorsements must complete CDL training and acquire CDL license before the expiration of his/her 90 day probationary period unless special circumstances necessitate that this probationary period be extended and approval for this extension is given by Transportation Coordinator and Division Director. Driver will not earn school bus driver pay ($18.00/hour) until all training is successfully completed (Trainee pay is $15.50/hour.)
Technical Job Knowledge: Must have good knowledge of Chattanooga/Hamilton County area and a willingness to learn any applicable geographical area. Must have a good sense of direction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This nurse aid training program prepares students to work as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in healthcare facilities. CNAs provide basic care and help patients with daily activities. Some responsibilities of a CNA include:
Patient care: Bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and turning and moving patients.
Vital signs: Taking blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations

JOB SUMMARY: This is a full time position. The Job Developer will be responsible for making contact with community employers and securing employment opportunities for Tennessee individuals that are consistent with the interests and qualifications of the individual. He or she will work with individuals, families, Employment Specialist, MCO Support Coordinators, Orange Grove personnel, and all applicable stakeholders, to ensure successful intakes, assessment, placements, follow-along, Discovery, Exploration, and billing transactions. He or she will coordinate transportation and trouble shoot employment barriers. Flexible hours will be required to ensure successful job placements in the community. The ability and availability to transport individuals is required. He or she will provide hands-on job coaching, which will include direct training in various job settings to familiarize the individual with specific job demands. They will instruct Job Coaches as needed and assist in developing positive relationships and provide a source of awareness to employers and coworkers on the productive and positive qualities of people with disabilities. Reliable transportation, an F endorsement on a current driver's license, and insurance coverage is a must. He or she will attend trainings and conferences, both local and regionally. The Developer will complete the necessary paper work and reports to fulfill all Orange Grove, State and Federal requirements.

The Program Manager II for IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and integration of individual care plans for supported individuals. They investigate, modify, and adjust care plans as needed. The role involves ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals. This is an exempt, salaried position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Oversight:
Manage and oversee the delivery of services to individuals and integration of their individual care plans.
Monitor and evaluate care plans to make adjustments and implement improvements as needed.
Spend time in the homes ensuring all established requirements are met for case plans, case reviews, home visits and supervision plans to maintain excellent consumer care.
Complete consistent review of data in the billing system to ensure timely documentation of service delivery notes.
Review program documentation for accuracy so that billing of services rendered can be submitted for reimbursement.
Respond to all crisis calls on caseload, during work hours whether in the home, community, or day program.
Monitor staffing hours at group homes, ensuring staffing is within budget and matches funding levels.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all services comply with applicable federal, state and agency statutes, administrative codes, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Accurate and timely completion of Critical/Reportable Incident Reports according to state mandates and submitted within required timeframes.
Ensure that the state-mandated home visits are completed, and any additional if warranted, to maintain optimum quality of service delivery.
Observe and maintain confidentiality as mandated in HIPAA regulations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support Group Home Managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other staff members.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Attend pertinent training offered by our agency, contracted agency, MCO or MCO affiliate to ensure that you are equipped with the latest information needed to perform your job at optimum.
Ensures responsible hiring, promotion, progressive discipline, and termination procedures are implemented according to company policy and state regulations.
Individual Support:
Participate in on-call rotation determined by unit needs.
Participate in Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings for supported individuals on your assigned caseload making service-related recommendations as needed and maintaining a person-centered approach.
Advocate for individuals' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, therapists, support coordinators, and other members of the circle of support team to deliver comprehensive support for persons on your caseload.
Participate actively in Human Rights Committee.
Community Engagement:
Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Promote community integration and inclusion for individuals with IDD.
Maintain optimum communication with providers, stakeholders and referring agencies.
Attend and participate in community and state meetings as needed.
Collaborate with ISC's, Conservators/Family Members, Therapists, and members of the clinical management team.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may supervise Program Manager I, Group Home Managers, Direct Support Professionals, and other clinical positions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 18 years of age required.
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Regularly required to lift 20 lbs.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Must be able to pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Participate in school IEP team and adult support meetings. Develop appropriate services schedules in coordination with teachers and other providers.
Coordinate care of the individual with school, medical staff, residential and day program staff, and other team members. This may include accompanying people to community providers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA SLPA-C Certification with Tennessee registration as an SLPA.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but entry level candidates with strong educational experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in the developmental disabilities field is a plus.
