RHA Health Services is a provider of comprehensive, person-centered services for individuals living with I/DD. RHA is pleased to offer high-quality Family Model services throughout Tennessee. Family Model offers adults and children with I/DD the option to live in a natural home setting with a professional caregiver to support them in reaching personal goals and living the life they choose. RHA professional caregivers report that their lives and the lives of their families are enriched by this opportunity. RHA is an industry leading provider with decades of experience serving individuals with I/DD and our Family Model services are supported by a strong team of professional and administrative staff. We are typically able to make Family Model placements quickly and support individuals with a wide variety of needs.
As a Family Model caregiver you will support individuals with disabilities in a home setting. Level of supports are based on the needs of the individual in your care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Seeking to understand the individual in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future.
Supporting the individual in eating nutritious meals and snacks consistent with dietary needs, resting (by providing sleeping accommodations), daily self-care activities, leisure/recreation, education and working. Supports are provided according to the person's abilities and interests while ensuring privacy and dignity.
Preparing, teaching and assisting the person in food preparation, and cleaning of the home.
Honoring the choices, preferences and culture of the person you support.
Assisting in providing opportunities for social, emotional and spiritual needs to be met.
Assisting with transportation and scheduling of all medical, therapy, vocational and recreational activities.
Ensuring that the home environment is safe and in good condition.
Implementing services and supports to address goals identified through the Person Centered Plan. This includes medical, psychiatric, recreational, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Assisting the person supported by attending treatment team meetings and facilitating communication related to individual needs, response to service and supports, and progress toward goals.
Participating in supervision as agreed upon in the RHA supervision contract.
RHA will assist you in the following capacities:
Provide support through a multidisciplinary team for crisis assistance and training as needed as you begin your journey as a Family Model caregiver. Training includes RHA's proprietary ProAct training, which focuses on supporting resiliency, emotional stability and problem solving.
Assist in coordinating respite care to support your needs as a caregiver.
Supervision will be provided to assist you in adjusting to your new role. The frequency and amount of supervision will be determined in a collaborative relationship with your RHA supervisor.
RHA's compensation package shall be determined based on the needs of the individual served and you will be paid as a contract provider.
Position Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED
• 18 years old or older
• Documentation of home ownership: current mortgage statement or renter's lease
• Proof of homeowner's or renter's insurance or personal property insurance
• Valid Driver's License; Reliable transportation with valid vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass criminal background and Registry checks as well as a Drug Screen
• TB Screenings for all members of household
• Work as an Independent Contractor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans
Spending adequate amounts of time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts in interactions and relationships with people supported, maintaining harmony between employees clients while serving as a positive role model
Provides audits for medication administration.

CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
Must be at least 18 years of age

Summary:

Summary:

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Under moderate direction, onboards clients, opens and closes accounts and handles transitions and conversions to the system
Analyzes, reconciles and reviews incoming or outgoing data for accurate transition to platform
Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data and ensures regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed prior to opening accounts
Prepares clients for entering new accounts by explaining and articulating the level of documentation required, regulations, complexities in the market and market expectations
Works directly with clients to open new accounts once due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed and works with client and internal parties around asset events
Closes off accounts by first checking for any pending activity or balances remaining in the account
Works directly with clients to access documentation requirements and reference data and may be responsible for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents
Ensures application form is received, and tax documentation is received from the investor
Leads project management activities for onboarding/transitions/conversions such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and tracking, and other project documentation preparation
Ensures client receives all necessary training or conducts the training him/herself
Communicates progress to team and escalate issues or potential project delays
Supports conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring an in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities
Completes an accurate conversion of data on financial statements for daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients
Support and review control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process
Assists with coordinating firm-wide resources (product, technology, marketing, compliance, teams, etc.) to ensure client needs are being addressed
Ensures onboarding/transition/conversion activities meet all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements May participate in UAT, on boarding and fault resolution
Responsible for overall success of less complex or small transitions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
SSMS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) while maintaining strict adherence to the BACB guidelines and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining procedural integrity, evaluating data collection reliability, and providing feedback to staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential function satisfactorily. Primary Responsibilities:
1. Procedural Integrity Checks:
o Conduct regular procedural integrity checks to ensure that BSPs are implemented accurately and consistently.
o Monitor and assess the fidelity of intervention strategies in alignment with BACB guidelines.
2. Implementation of Procedures/ Programs:
o Provide on-going services and support to individuals referred for or currently receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
o Carry out BSP protocols developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA - Behavior Analyst), primarily aimed at addressing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behavior skills.
o Model correct implementation of BSP protocols for staff, including treatment procedures and the recording of behavioral data.
3. Data Collection and Analysis:
o Evaluate the reliability and accuracy of data collection by direct support professionals and caregivers.
o Perform timely and precise data entry and graphing, ensuring that all data are up-to-date. This includes preparing graphs that are consistent with ABA standards and as directed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
o Observing supported person behavior to determine effectiveness of the behavior support/maintenance plan or crisis prevention plan and consulting with the Behavior Analyst when behavior support/maintenance or crisis prevention plan changes are needed.
4. Feedback and Support:
o Provide both positive and corrective feedback to staff responsible for the daily implementation of BSPs.
o Collaborate with team members to reinforce best practices and address areas for improvement.
o Always maintain effective work relationships inside and outside of SSMS by using professional and respectful communication at all times (including but not limited to interactions with the Circle of Support, state officials, MCO's, ISCs, supported persons and their families/conservators, Behavior Analyst, etc.).
5. Supervision and Compliance:
o Receive and cooperate with supervision by a Behavior Analyst, which may include the Statewide Director of Behavior Services. The RBT will ensure open lines of communication with the supervising Behavior Analyst and the Statewide Director of Behavior Services.
o Adhere to all BACB supervision guidelines, including participating in regular, documented supervision sessions with a qualified BCBA.
o Ensure that supervision hours are accurately tracked and meet the BACB's requirements.
o Implement feedback from supervision sessions in a timely manner to improve service delivery and professional practice.
6. Staff Training:
o Assist in the ongoing training and development of staff to enhance their competency in implementing BSPs.
o Ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about the most current practices in behavior analysis and intervention.
o Train direct support staff or caregivers to carry out the approved BSP developed by the Behavior Analyst.
o Observe staff and supported persons behavior for correct implementation of the BSP and complete retraining as indicated by inconsistencies or inaccuracies in performance that arise.
7. Certification Maintenance:
o Maintain active RBT certification by meeting all BACB requirements, including continuing education.
o Adhere strictly to BACB standards and the code of ethics in all professional activities.

8. Billing and Documentation:
o Accurately document all services provided and ensure that billing is completed in a timely manner.
