Experience in HR Shared Services, HR business process improvement and redesign and operational management Experience with HCM Oracle Fusion and Kronos timekeeping experience Great presentation and communication skills Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Strong working knowledge of all basic HR processes payroll, and benefits. Processing garnishment withholding orders to ensure compliance, which includes following jurisdictional requirements and our standard process to set up payroll deductions, as well as providing written responses as required to agencies and courts. Maintaining and validating data integrity, assisting AP in sorting invoices, verifying accuracy, and forwarding them to appropriate departments for approval. Preparation of custom and delivered reports and analysis for management/other departments, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end for gross payroll, tax, and benefits. Ensures that a high level of quality customer service is provided in responding to inquiries, and in analyzing and resolving Rheem Enterprise-wide payroll issues and general inquiries. Review of payroll tax compliance, payroll account reconciliation, payroll audits, and partnership with Finance on general ledger reconciliation and issue resolution. Balancing of taxable wages to tax liabilities to ensure data integrity. Processing of the different Payroll Periodic and/or Annual events like Quarterly Software Updates, Year End processing, Merit and MIP processing, which includes monitoring of the loads, auditing of the data and reconciliation.
