Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments, reducing downtime and improving system performance. Lead projects or project steps, solve complex problems, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Integrate equipment into data collection systems and establish network topologies. Support network backup, device patching management, and control system asset inventory. Compile data from connected devices for organizational use and develop standards for control systems hardware and software.
