    The Executive Assistant IV is a highly visible position responsible for providing highly complex administrative support to various functional areas of the Company. The incumbent is also responsible for professionally and discretely managing a variety of projects and tasks requiring independent judgment, tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. The incumbent will engage with employees at all levels of the organization and with industry leaders, government officials and customers. This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA. * Represents the Executives and acts responsibly within pre-agreed limits, fully understanding the potential impact of the actions taken. * Empowered to execute decisions, often acting as the liaison between the Executives with other internal and external parties. * Keeps the Executive informed, as needed and escalates issues or matters requiring immediate attention. * Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching for direct reports. * Stays abreast of factors affecting the Executive's area of responsibility, including client and industry knowledge or issues facing the Executive and the organization. Establishes and maintains a process to stay up to date on relevant information. * Conducts research, analyzes and interprets data from various sources and prepares complex reports, as needed. This includes advanced graphics, charts and spreadsheets. May collect, edit and compile reports for executive presentations. * Arranges complex and detailed international and domestic travel plans and itineraries. Anticipates travel needs for the Executive and independently coordinates complex travel arrangements, typically involving multiple changes or destinations based on understanding the Executive's availability and obligations. Ensures necessary travel documents, including passport, immigration and visa documentation are processed and provided to the Executive in a timely manner. * Manages and maintains complex calendars and coordinates appointments, meetings and conference calls for the Executive, which may include extensive rescheduling. This includes appropriately scheduling, coordinating and confirming appointments for the Executive. * Manages all aspects of meeting planning, communication and logistics including onsite and offsite meetings and events, conference room scheduling, audio visual set up and break down, etc. * Processes complex expense reports according to policies and procedures. * Assists with the management of the Executive's budget and expenses. Performs necessary accounting functions to achieve departmental goals often requiring interaction with accounts payable and accounts receivable. * May assist with the development of meeting agendas, content and presentation materials. * May participate in key executive meetings for documentation and follow-up on deliverables. * Serves as a role model for others by demonstrating Rheem's values and behaviors. * Acts as a coach/mentor to less experienced workers. * Performs other duties as assigned. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 7+ years' experience in business or executive support. * Highly experienced in Executive level protocol. * Extensive experience coordinating all aspects of international and domestic travel. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to ensure adequate communication is professional courteous, clear, and concise. * Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independence with proven experience of making sound business decisions. * Possesses competence, initiative, and business acumen to perform with a high level of quality and achieve or exceed goals with little supervision. * Exceptional interpersonal skills and political savvy. This position will serve our Rheem Enterprise office, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). * Lead role in the preparation of business cases to support Global Network Optimization projects and initiatives, including post-completion analysis. * Represent Operations finance in cross-functional project teams to ensure validity of assumptions and track progress to ensure successful project implementation. * Coordinate the budget process and forecast updates (short and long-term) for capital projects and spend * Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning * Implement in‐depth analytical framework to generate better operational insight, add value and provide strategic support * Develop executive presentations and reports * Develop and maintain best practices to ensure accurate and timely reporting, reports automation, and standardization of processes * Provide analytical support to drive better decision making and business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks * Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive process optimization, reports automation and improved analytics * Performs and initiates various ad hoc financial analysis projects. * Other duties as assigned * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. * 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis inclusive of 3+ years of finance and internship experience * Experience with the preparation of business cases and investment ROI analysis * Strong business acumen, strong knowledge of business analysis, accounting and finance fundamentals. * Experience building and maintaining complex financial models and ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Demonstrates strong communication and executive presentation skills. * Establish effective working relationships with all levels to successfully lead, influence, and innovate. * Demonstration of sense of urgency, accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Demonstration of the highest level of integrity and trust * Experience in ERP systems, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, and other EPM solutions, BI, dashboard tools.
