Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair a variety of farm machinery and vehicles, including tractors, implements, farm trucks, and small power equipment such as mowers, chainsaws and trimmers. Includes parts ordering.

Formal Training:You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation for approximately two (2) weeks at your home port. You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field
Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) The Telemetry RN is a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional responsible for providing specialized care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. This role demands strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition. The RN works closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients on telemetry
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical exams, health histories, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Continuously monitor telemetry and respond to cardiac rhythm changes, alarms, and arrhythmias
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Document patient responses and changes in condition accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
Respond promptly to emergencies such as arrhythmias, rapid deterioration, or code situations
Advocate for patients and uphold confidentiality and patient rights
Minimum Requirements
Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
Minimum one year of professional nursing experience; telemetry experience preferred
Completion of Amergis' Competency Program (if applicable)
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring
TB screening and health clearance (as required)
Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Successful completion of new hire orientation and telemetry training
Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
Basic computer literacy
