Experienced bus drivers that have a CDL with P and S endorsements are preferred, but we will also provide PAID training for good drivers without school bus experience.     We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Associate to join our team. The Parts Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina by providing exceptional customer service and support in parts sales and inventory management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment surrounded by fellow boating enthusiasts. Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying their parts needs and provide recommendations based on their requirements. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, including locating, pulling, and packaging parts for customer pickup or shipment. Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelves, bins, and storage areas. Receive and stock incoming parts shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management procedures are followed. Perform periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies. Provide support to the service department by sourcing and delivering parts as needed. Assist in maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and customer interactions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with parts management software is a plus. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions. A passion for boating and a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
