I enjoy the flexibility of the website shift bidding system (ABI). It's very easy to use, and any shifts that are scheduled are clearly communicated in advance.
The nature of the work means you have periods of time with no assignments, often the entire summer
I get to serve the Clemson community and even get to see some events for free.
The CEO is someone that we rarely see; he works from a different state. Our local leadership is very accessible, though; they email & text us regularly and even have a brick and mortar office close to the Clemson campus.
I personally dislike the uniform requirement of black pants; we work outside in the south, and khaki seems more appropriate.
It's not really that fomal
They have a published chart for each position; I don't know how it compares to similar companies, but I work parking, which is $15/hr. I think that's a fair wage for a part time job.
A lot of people who work for them are retired, like myself, because the nature of the work not being stable year around. They seem to hire whomever applies, from my perspective.
Seeing all the Clemson community and helping to make events on campus go well
