The Project Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing production schedules, ensuring that manufacturing processes are planned efficiently and meet customer demands. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize resources, balance production workloads, and address any scheduling conflicts to ensure timely and cost-effective production. What You Will Be Doing Scheduling and Forecasting: * Create and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera P6 that include work orders, activities, hold points, resource allocation, and timelines for each production phase. * Utilize forecasting tools and historical data to predict future production needs and adjust schedules accordingly. Production Planning: * Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to align with customer orders and production capacity. * Analyze production requirements and develop plans that optimize manufacturing resources and minimize downtime. Resource Coordination: * Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of space and personnel necessary for production. * Load personnel resources into Primavera P6 and utilize the program to provide workforce forecasts at the project level and as rollup summaries. Communication and Collaboration: * Serve as a liaison between production, procurement, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of scheduling issues. * Communicate production schedules and changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Problem Solving: * Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, production delays, and other issues that may impact delivery timelines. * Implement corrective actions and contingency plans to mitigate schedule risks and ensure continuous production flow. Reporting and Documentation: * Prepare and maintain accurate records of production schedules and work orders. * Generate and present reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization to management. Additional Duties as Assigned Your Background * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field required. * Minimum of 5 years of previous Scheduling experience in the construction industry required. * Must be proficient with Primavera P6. The primary responsibility of the Certified Weld Inspector is to provide technical supervision before, during, and after welding to ensure first time quality. Must qualify to Pipe in the 6-G position Per ASME Section IX using the GTAW process. Experience in structural welding using GMAW in various positions to AWS D1.1. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting Rhoads' Maintenance Department in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and consistent operations across all Rhoads Industries' business lines. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Maintenance Department shares accountability with the Rhoads Quality/Safety Director in upholding and enforcing all applicable safety precautions and programs associated with the use and maintenance of equipment. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is expected to thoroughly read, understand, and adhere to Rhoads' standard procedures for equipment maintenance, as well as ISO 9000 standards related to tools, and any ASME and AISC requirements governing equipment and tool standards. What You Will Be Doing Perform facility maintenance to include HVAC, lighting, electrical panels & wiring, plumbing, man doors & overhead doors, and roof inspections. Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed. Inspect and assess facility conditions to ensure proper functionality and make recommendations for necessary repairs Responsible for maintaining an inventory of service and repair parts. Organize to support multiple projects and prioritize to meet required deadlines. Maintain clean work area in maintenance shop. Provide support to facility maintenance tasks and any other assigned duties as required. Additional duties as assigned. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or associate degree in industrial mechanics, maintenance technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial building maintenance or building repair, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and machinery. Experience and knowledge of minor repairs for breakers and wiring for electrical circuitry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot facility issues effectively. Understanding and familiar with ISO, and UL Certifications. Must be capable and willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass all background clearances including but not limited to Motor Vehicle Check, and a drug screening. OSHA 10 certificate. Must be completed within 90 days of Hire.
