Role Mission: As an Associate Estimator, you support the estimating team while focusing on gaining experience and familiarity with company processes. You assist with the preparation and review of purchase orders and tracking job variances, with a focus on delivering accurate and cost-effective estimates for Entry-Level Homes and SPECs. Update Pre-Construction schedule and complete timely payments for corresponding activities

Support with data input as requested by Managers
Prepare weekly Check-In reports and reviews changes in assigned EPOs with Estimating Manager
Estimating Functions:
Prepare & facilitates accurate & timely EPO Reviews & Releases with focus on SPECs and Entry Level Homes
Conduct thorough review of Purchase Orders
Ensure budgets are accurate with price updates
Track & review job variances related to EPOs
Review VPOs for assigned Closed Homes

Role Mission: As a Sales Consultant in Cameron County, your job is to convert leads to tours and tours to sales at an acceptable ratio. You will be responsible for managing the customer relationship from the time they first make contact with Esperanza Homes until the home closes and funds. In doing so, you will provide great customer service, be an expert on our products and communities, and uphold the Core Values of Esperanza Homes, a Rhodes company. Accountabilities:
Manage Leads, Tours, Sales, and Closings Using Our Sales Tools:
Effectively use our CRM to input data gathered, detail tour notes, and track sales metrics.
Manage a list of prospective leads through the sales funnel using our CRM.
Convert leads to tours at an acceptable ratio.
Convert tours to sales at an acceptable ratio.
Provide proper information to prospective customers, answer questions, and overcome objectives.
Effectively communicate with our Marketing and Production teams regarding items relevant to the customer relationship.
Effectively Manage Customers Through the Home Building Process:
Have a broad understanding of the sales agreement and be able to detail the Home Building Process to the customer.
Effectively manage the customer's timeline through the Preliminary Plan Review Meeting, Design Selections Meeting, Final Design Review Meeting, and Pre-Construction meetings.
Set proper expectations regarding construction timeline, our home building process, change orders, and all items regarding the home building process.
Demonstrate Homes, Features, and Communities:
Have a broad understanding of every home in your community including structural options, flex options, design options, and elevations.
Understand and detail our Included Features for each home and neighborhood.
Understand and detail the Covenants and Restrictions for each neighborhood.
Give an effective and informative community tour that is exciting and engaging.
Detail and demonstrate the energy efficiency and technology benefits of an Esperanza Home.
Have a broad understanding of design center options.
Manage Data Reporting for Yourself and Your Community:
Track metrics relative to your sales performance versus weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Track your performance weekly versus your goals, peers, and historical data.
Understand and report on these metrics to your sales manager in weekly one-on-one check-in meetings and team meetings.
Model Home, Inventory, and Community Maintenance:
Manage the cleanliness and appearance of your model home(s) and sales center(s).
Conduct weekly audits of the model home and ensure everything is to Esperanza Homes standards.
Conduct weekly audits of inventory homes to maintain cleanliness, landscaping, and signage.
Conduct weekly audits of the community to ensure signage, streets, landscaping, and amenities are maintained.
Manage model home supplies: i.e. marketing material, pantry items, and beverages for customers.
Uniform, Attire, and Presentation Skills:
Practice and perfect sales presentation skills.
Model professionalism with a polished appearance and demeanor.
Maintain your personal vehicle and give guided tours in that personal vehicle.
Prepared to pass random uniform and vehicle inspections.
Will maintain your working station or desk in the sales office/model home to be clean and clear of clutter.
