Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.

Qualifications:

Phlebotomist I performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-office Phlebotomy (IOP) accurately and on time. Collects specimens according to established procedures. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. Reduces patient anxiety by providing a calm environment for patients before, during and after the collection process.
Disposes of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies. Disposes of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
Completes requisitions accurately.
Enters patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer. Requires attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy. The Cushion Filler will insert foam cushions into the sewn fabric or leather sewn casings using a machine or by hand and to product and quality specifications.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
Uses cushion fill machine to insert foam cushion into sewn casing.
Fills cushions by hand if the foam cushion is too large or small to use the cushion fill machine.
Performs other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including outside of the regular work area.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Requires 6 months prior experience in a similar role.
Must be able to read and understand production tickets
Must have adequate communication skills to interact with all other RHM team members.
Must be able to multitask with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented, able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The associate is regularly required to lift, carry, push, pull or grip up to 100 lbs.
