Karim joined RhythmOne (a division of Tremor), in 2012.

Software engineering expert with over 20 years of managing large teams, specializing in software craftsmanship and growth techniques. Experienced in the orchestration of software development and QA teams. Involved in BlueSnap (formerly Plimus) engineering prior to their acquisition and joined Tremor in 2017.

An experienced finance professional having served as a tax and audit senior at KPMG Israel, and several consultant roles for medium to large private and public companies, including due diligence participation in M&As and IPOs. CPA & MBA. Yaniv has been with the Company since 2010.

I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Harmonic Equity.
