Founded in 1987, the company has grown from a single storefront in New York City to become one of the largest money transfer companies worldwide.
Since 2002, Manuel has worked in the money transfer industry and previously held the position of Finance Director for Telegiros S.A. Manuel also has experience in the Chemical Industry business.
Subsequently, Juan became the Chief Operating Officer of AFEX-Ria in 2003 and was also instrumental in integrating the two companies.
Manuel joined Ria in 2006 serving first as the European Finance Director and then as Business Development Director for several regions.
Prior to joining Ria in 2012, Shawn spent ten years founding and leading Euronet’s tax department.
