Quality Engineer Job in Little Falls, MN
Applies basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in designing systems for recording and analyzing product quality levels to assure product adherence to specifications.
Assists in development of programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing,
measurement, and analytical equipment.
Conducts analysis of routine tests and makes recommendations accordingly.
Participates in materials review activities and the interpretation of product quality trends.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Requires knowledge typically acquired through:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university and 1 to 7 years related experience or training
and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Ability to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs) in its most difficult phases.
Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
