Perform routine Quality Testing of Gas Producers, Power Turbines, and Reduction Gearboxes to ensure conformance to Solar and/or customer specifications. This is a part time position, expect around 8-16 hours per week, including weekends. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cheerful and welcoming demeanor. Attention to detail. Be available to couple and bridal party for unexpected needs. Greet guests and welcome them to the property at the beginning of each event. Greet the main client and those closely associated with the client. Monitor front porch and direct vendors to unload at the service entrance. Check and clean smudges from mirrors and windows. Turn on all outside parking lot lights. Check temperature of AC / Heating unit on an hourly basis. Check the mens and womens restrooms to assure a clean environment. Check toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, and soap dispensers once an hour. Clean the restroom and other areas of the venue as needed or when major spills occur. Walk around the venue and backyard on an hourly basis checking on water feature, lights, building and general issues that might arise. On an hourly basis, check that the garbage from the bar and other vendors are properly disposed of in the appropriate receptacles. It is the responsibility of the vendors to dispose of their own garbage. Pick up trash from Ceremony Site and discard. Monitor the volume of the music and request the music to be lowered as needed. Interact with individuals who have questions or concerns about the venue or event. Contact general manager or assistant manager at once when problems occur that are beyond your ability to handle. Do a sweep of all rooms to make sure they are clear of personal belongings. Bid farewell to the guests upon completion of each event.

A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24"- 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72"occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Hand Tasks Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Assist with the preparation of student support workshops. Assist with computer work using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Ability to utilize computer technology to access information, to maintain records, to generate reports, and to communicate effectively. Provide exemplary customer service to everyone who visits the Student Guidance and Student Services offices. Willingness to work in a busy environment with numerous interruptions. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate effectively in the Spanish language is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, relationship, communication, organizational, and promotional skills required. Understanding of and commitment to the community college philosophy. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals coupled with interaction with community leaders, city, county, and school officials, administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Ability to utilize computer technology to access information, to maintain records, to generate reports and to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision. Capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to function as a team player. Willingness to work in a busy environment with numerous interruptions. Willingness to work some evenings and an occasional weekend if called upon. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Required Associate's degree. Preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in an office environment. Previous school and/or college work experience. Bachelor's degree. WORKING CONDITIONS: Variances from regular working hours may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Busy working environment with numerous interruptions. SALARY: $10.35 per hour / up to 19 hours per week
