Benefits. I loved the place more or less for 2.5 years. Most things were tolerable or good.
Things got political. My boss and I both lost battle.
Healthcare insurance is great.

Respect and value loyalty. This plant did not do this.
Show up, be a professional. Entry level is easy to get on, relax and pay attention. I worked up from the bottom.
Lower than average for production workers and supervisors.
It's good. 5 languages.
My crew. They are amazing people to work with. Inspiring.
No longer a family culture. Pretty soon all work that can be outsourced to India will move there.
Bonuses and drinking on the job. On-site Happy Hours.
Used to be teamwork and collaborating with local associates. Now since most jobs have moved to India, there's no one to collaborate with.
Doesn't look like Ted is interested in taking the company over from his father. Looks like they're in the process of cutting costs to show profit so they can sell it or go public.
Bring jobs back to the USA and invest in your associates who helped you get to where you are now.
No idea how they interview now. I guess #1 requirement is you should live in India.
