Pros of working at Richard A. Henson Family YMCA

Most staff & clients are friendly. My job was important and rewarding. Getting a scared kid to enjoy being in the water was fantastic

Cons of working at Richard A. Henson Family YMCA

The aquatics staff was not supportive. I always felt unwelcomed by them.. And too many kids in a class with only one teacher can be unsafe
