The Role
The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the shop order with efficiency and in accordance with the Repair Station specifications.
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, propeller, electrical, control systems, wheels, brakes, interior, etc.
Communicate directly with senior personnel so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer and Repair Station specifications.
Great earning potential ($50,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience)
Qualifications
Airframe and Power Plant License required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Must complete a pre-employment DOT drug test.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
