Cons of working at Richardson Cap

They never appreciated hard working employees, and always refused to give you a raise and they always have favoritism for certain people as a worker you see many things that are not right even with the quality of the product but they refuse to see the reality. Quality is bad

    Richardson began when Howard Wicklund and Neil Richardson opened up shop in Eugene, Oregon. Originally, the company was called Howard Wicklund Sporting Goods and operated as a wholesale distributor. Then, in 1970, the Richardson family purchased the company and Richardson Sports was born. They create authentic athletic products that players ask for, and to be a company our customers like doing business with.
