We are seeking a Temporary-Store Planning Assistant to join our team temporary opportunity, supporting the Store Planning Team. Reporting to the Director of Store Planning and Construction, this role will be responsible for operational support to the Store Planning team for new boutiques, renovations, relocations and minor works throughout the Americas network.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
* Manage all aspects of minor works projects within the existing boutique network. Liaise with internal corporate and regional teams to facilitate the works and coordinate with boutique teams during the interventions. Maintain pipeline of projects and update schedules on Monday.com
* Assist Project Managers in the project RFP processes - including but not limited to issuing RFP's, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, Contractors
* Communicate and share Store Planning materials to external teams such as drawings, renderings, square footages, and other relevant files & information
* Complete vendor agreements for architects, contractors, millworkers
* Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.
* Assist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projects
