Qualifications:
Valid CDL A license
At least 21 years old
Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience
Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.

The FS Repair Technician involves troubleshooting and repairing turbines, stators, and rotors in generators at customer locations. Assist with paperwork, including test data, daily logs, job information, timesheets, and final reports.
Learn procedures for rewinding, re-wedging, re-blocking, rebuilding stator bars/coils or cores, and repairing turbines and related components.
Gain knowledge in winding insulation, curing, cooling stator bars/coils, and blocking bars/coils.
Build and assemble slot wedges into stator core grooves.
Acquire skills in stator core construction methods, including flooding, end winding, side bar packing, top and bottom filler, and resistance temperature detectors.
Work with various resins and solvents.
Become proficient with various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
Perform basic, routine, and preventative maintenance bus repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures.
Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment.
Removal, installation, disassembly, and reconditioning of components of diesel engines.
Interprets diagnostic test results accurately.
Writes detailed inspection reports and repair plans.
Collaborates with other diesel mechanics in all operational repairs.
Demonstrate skills in advanced testing of all vehicle systems.
Participate in maintenance training programs required for job and career development.
Completes test drives to make sure all repaired vehicles run correctly and safely.
Uses power, machine, and hand tools safely in a maintenance environment.
Follow all safety rules and regulations in the performance of work assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors.
Class A mechanic -Minimum 5 years' Commercial experience.
Charter bus, commercial truck, and diesel repair
Class B mechanic- Minimum 1-year commercial experience.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check.

Purpose
Function as a Research Health Educator delivering protocol driven health education interventions to study participants within the Center for Advancing Population Science.
Primary Functions
In this role, you will be an integral member of the Center for Advancing Population Science, serving as a Research Health Educator, delivering protocol driven health education interventions to study participants (via face-to-face, telephone or videoconferencing technology as appropriate). Responsibilities include:
Deliver protocol driven health education interventions to study participants.

Organize and remind study participants of upcoming appointments.
Train study participants on key elements of study protocol.
Monitor study participant adherence to key elements of the study protocol.
Assist with multiple research grants as needed with tasks to support PI in writing and presenting research reports and research protocols.
Perform duties needed including case management and decision-making and work collaboratively withother center personnel to achieve goals of research studies.
Serve as liaison to various team members to ensure smooth running of research projects. Track and monitor adverse patient outcomes.
Provide health education to community sites, establish and nurture community partnerships, work with designated community sites to advance research, education, and training mission of the center.

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to support the interior fit-out of an already constructed Data Center in Port Washington, WI.
This role will act as the client-side delivery partner, overseeing internal scopes and coordinating contractors to ensure successful execution of all mission-critical systems.
Prior data center experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the client as part of a construction consultancy team on a data center interior fit-out
Oversee internal works including MEP, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, controls, and low-voltage systems
Manage schedules, budgets, and reporting across all internal scopes
Coordinate GC, trade contractors, engineers, and vendors
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reports
Track progress, risks, and quality, escalating issues as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements
Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of the facility
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
Strong background in MEP-heavy interior projects
Experience working for a construction consultancy, owner's rep, or client-side PM role preferred
Data center experience (fit-out, upgrades, or mission-critical facilities) strongly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
