CMCSB is seeking a highly motivated person to provide to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services at OUR House, a psychosocial rehabilitative program located in Grundy, VA. This position will offer help to individuals with Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Use Disorder to learn or regain skills so that they can be successful and satisfied in the environments of their choice with the least amount of ongoing professional intervention possible. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services include community living such as housekeeping, shopping, cooking, use of transportation facilities, money management; personal care such as health care, medication management, grooming; socialization to enhance or develop meaningful relationships, recreational and leisure pursuits that contribute to community integration; educational and prevocational activities to include the development of positive work habits; self-advocacy; development of executive function skills such as time management, problem-solving, organization, self-control; and the development of skills to effectively and independently utilize appropriate community resources including benefits, healthcare, housing and spiritual resources.
