Summary/Objective: The Sugar Land Space Cowboys Street Team will serve as key community ambassadors for the organization and are the first line of representation of the SLSC brand at community appearances, game day activation support, and other grassroots events. The Space Cowboys are looking for outgoing, energetic personalities to help naturally generate brand awareness, cultivate fan engagement, and collect data for lead generation.

Responsible for set-up, operation, and tear down of all elements while at events.
Set-up and tear-down may include use of own vehicle to retrieve supplies from one location, deliver to another, and return them to the home location.
Responsible for the activation of the following elements while at events: handout promotional items, on-site activation promotions or contests, interact with fans and communicate team information, capture ticket sales leads or similar.
Strategize new activations and provide event recaps to better drive fan cultivation at future SLSC functions.
Support and help lead team marketing initiatives during Space Cowboys home games as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Outgoing individuals who are comfortable talking to people and promoting Space Cowboys baseball is essential.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be a team player.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors in inclement and/or hot weather.

The ideal candidate:
Will be a licensed and credentialed Myofunctional Therapist with a passion for helping patients and supporting our dentists. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, motivated, ambitious, self-starters, dependable, and organized with a cheerful attitude.
The opportunity:
You will work with children and adults presenting with oral and facial muscle dysfunctions, tongue thrust, mouth breathing, sleep-disordered breathing, and other related concerns. You will collaborate with our dental and airway teams to design and implement individualized therapy plans to improve breathing, swallowing, tongue posture, and overall orofacial function.
The ideal candidate's background:
Certification in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy from an accredited program (IAOM or equivalent)
Current state licensure as required by local regulations
Minimum 25 completed cases or 2 years of experience in myofunctional therapy or related field
Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
Demonstrated knowledge of orofacial anatomy, physiology, and development
Experience with airway-focused treatment approaches preferred
Compensation:

Develop a strong alliance with the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative team to ensure the appropriate level of cross-functional support and communication to develop and execute effective pull-through strategies.
Strictly adhere to relevant pharmaceutical sales rep regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements for the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep opportunity:
Sales abilities with inter-personal skills, knowledge of account management and/or sales experience.
This position will be field based and will require a valid drivers license.
Computer literacy (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
