Job Duties & Accountabilities
Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user technology issues and requests via phone, email, in person or using remote tools.
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade laptop and desktop software, hardware, and equipment, while ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
Support end-user training where required.
Support all company IT policies and data protection standards.
Escalate support issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
Ensure assigned requests are resolved in a timely manner using appropriate prioritization and escalation.
Collaborate with other departments for problem resolutions as necessary.
Create system/user documentation.
Maintain Computer/IT equipment asset listing.
Travel occasionally to remote locations to provide onsite support, adhering to all biosecurity standards and protocols.
Be on call on a rotational basis.

Compensation and Benefits:

Position Overview
The Office Specialist position will serve as the facility coordinator for the Rasho, Lippert, Holmes, and other forthcoming lawsuit agreements. This position will work closely with the facility's health care and mental health departments to gather and keyboard information for multiple reports and databases. This position requires accuracy and strict attention to detail. The position will be responsible for communication with internal and/or external auditors and legal entities. A background in policy and procedure, as well as working knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act, would be a plus for our ideal candidate. Previous experience working in a health care or mental health facility is preferred. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, task oriented, and organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Essential Functions

* Responds to inquiries requiring knowledge of agency operations and programming as it relates to various topics required by the individual settlement agreements.

* Assists in scheduling assessments and appointments for the individuals in custody who are identified as part of the various settlement agreements, to ensure proper follow up and compliance of care.
* Coordinates efforts with other staff and reviews information in support of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
* Meets with individuals in custody who request assistance in their daily activities and refers to the facility medical director for assessment.
* Serves as a member of the internal facility review team, conducting facility reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
* Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of secretarial/business college and one (1) year of office experience, or completion of high school and three (3) years of office experience, or three (3) years of independent business experience.
* Requires ability to keyboard accurately at thirty (30) words per minute.
* Qualifying state employees, in the employee Upward Mobility Program, may complete combinations of specific proficiency tests and training programs leading to a certificate of proficiency in lieu of the stated requirements for this classification.

Set up and make mold changes for Passenger Truck Tire Curing Presses. Removal and installation of al bladders. Clean and drill venting in molds. Make minor adjustments to presses as needed. Assist spraying and loading of Passenger Tire Presses as necessary.
1. PLT Curing Set up Tech must be able to make mold and bladder changes, install recipes, build and tear down bladders, drilling molds, cleaning of molds in press, and maintain SFI data input.
2. PLT Curing Set up Tech must be able to make minor mechanical adjustments and emergency repairs, chase Scrap, do first tire check and first bag check, squeeze audits, cure cycle audits, and cure temperature audits, and serial changes in molds.
3. PLT Curing Set up Tech will follow all plant policies, environmental policies and plant and departmental safety policies. Must be certified to operate a Fork Life through the Safety Department.
4. PLT Curing Set up Tech must be able to effectively communicate with other set up techs, curing supervision, and curing press operators, and supplying departments.
5. PLT Curing Set up Tech will follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production, and keeping work areas neat, clean, and aligned and orderly.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups as necessary.
Responsible for maintaining inventory, product displays, and pricing labels within assigned area in regard to merchandising standards by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning or any other task necessary to maintain an organized, safe, and proper storage of inventory within lumberyard.
Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and policies as outlined and communicated by management.
Perform other assigned job duties and responsibilities as requested by the Yard Manager.
Required Skills
Forklift experience preferred in many of the tasks. Will train the right candidate.
Follow safety expectations set by company safety policies consistent with the storage, handling, and transport of materials.
Regular, reliable, dependable attendance.
Knowledge of building materials, applications, related equipment, and/or construction industry is desired, but not required.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with vendors, customers, management, and team members.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
Ability to provide professional customer service and work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year of prior related work experience preferred.
An acceptable driving record, valid state issued driver's license (Missouri locations require a Class E license).
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements of Position
This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and walking most of the day.

Must be able to work and tolerate adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities
• Provide operational support to critical areas, in alignment with Regional team, to ensure long-term fixes are implemented via onsite/hands-on support, remote oversight, and coaching/training with staff
• Provide operational and location staff education on quality deliverables
• Track survey results and assist with survey preparation
• Review and monitor quarterly safety committee workbooks
• Monitor infection control issues (masks, PPE, cleaning schedules, etc.)
• Audit operational documentation and incident reports
• Provide quality checks of homes; verifying staffing ratios are correct based on consumer needs, ensuring supply quantities, furniture items, and cleanliness, and providing onsite reviews with the intent of correcting issues immediately
• Assist, monitor, and coach locations to ensure that Plans of Correction are being carried out and any punitive action within the agency, related to survey quality, is addressed
• Monitor Rest Assured cameras on a rotating schedule by operation after hours (evenings, midnight, and weekends)
• Provide active treatment monitoring
• Provide remote and onsite training with Executive Directors and Program Managers to focus on critical quality initiatives while understanding the regulations and internal policies
• Train and coach various operational positions based on each team member's skillset
• Manage the overall teams network site to ensure accurate data and materials are available
• Manage the policy and procedure manual in conjunction with Regional Directors
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred; experience in the Human Services field can substituted for education on a year for year basis
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in group home or independent living home-like settings
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time
• Must maintain state regulatory certifications, as required by state/program requirements
