As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

What you'll need:
Lift up to 70 pounds

Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor & Delivery team. The RN will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout all stages of childbirth - antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum - while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and emotional support. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to mothers during labor, delivery, and recovery, following established protocols and physician orders.
Monitor and assess fetal heart tones, contractions, vital signs , and maternal progress throughout labor.
Administer medications, IV fluids, epidurals, and oxytocin as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
Assist physicians and certified nurse midwives during vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergency obstetric procedures.
Provide postpartum care and education to mothers on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery.
Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system (Epic or Cerner preferred).
Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesiologists, NICU teams, and support staff to provide seamless patient-centered care.
Respond quickly and effectively to obstetric emergencies such as preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distress.
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license of MN .
BLS and ACLS required; NRP and Fetal Monitoring certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
Strong skills in patient assessment, fetal monitoring, and perinatal care.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.

Perform work within OSHA requirements
Operate power tools, grinders, welders, drills, and saws

The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Category Manager to support our Pet division's growth and product management efforts. This role will assist in executing category strategies, managing product assortments, and analyzing market trends. Objective: To effectively manage the start up and ongoing operations of the Lakes Area Sailing School working with DLCCC Management and Lakes Area Sailing School Advisory Committee members.
Job Summary and Scope: This position is responsible for managing the start-up operational needs and ongoing operations of the Lakes Area Sailing School to prepare to launch the program the summer of 2025.
Key Duties and Tasks:
Identify Equipment needs in collaboration with Advisory Committee and DLCCC management and coordinate ordering all necessary equipment and supplies for the school.
Develop a sailing safety program for approval by DLCCC management and board of directors and implement this program as part of ongoing operations.
In collaboration with DLCCC management, hire, train and supervise sailing school instructors and assistants.
Provide Sailing lessons to students as part of the certified instructor staff.
