Jim is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s acquisition and investment strategies, advancing TRC’s operational and financial growth objectives. In addition, Jim directs post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure long-term profitable growth is achieved with each acquisition. Jim also leads the Company’s Real Estate management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team that is responsible for the Company’s annual budget and forecasting efforts, as well as delivering financial and operational analytics. Prior to joining TRC, Jim was a turnaround professional leading distressed companies in financial and operational restructurings (both in- and out-of-court). Jim joined TRC in 2007 after executing the Company’s financial restructuring effort. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Clark University, and also holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from American University.

Al Barkouli is a Chairman and CEO at David Evans & Associates Inc and is based in Portland, Oregon.

John is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s design and construction projects and staff. He also executes the strategic and tactical operational plans for C&S, leads in optimizing business functions, and continues to diversify and grow the business nationally. John has been with C&S since 1990. He has also served as C&S’s vice president overseeing facilities design services and as president of our construction management company. Prior to that role, John managed the industrial facilities design group, worked as a general manager for our construction management group, project/operations manager for C&S’s construction company and design engineer in the transportation design group. John earned a degree in civil/structural engineering from Clarkson University and is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states. He is also a LEED accredited professional.

Ronald G. Kaminski is President of HBK Engineering, LLC, a Quanta Services Company. HBK is a professional licensed engineering firm focused on the design and protection of utilities and utility networks. HBK provides solutions and construction support on utility projects in both rural and complex urban centers Coast to Coast and has successfully performed engineering work on a wide-ranging spectrum of utility infrastructure projects. Ron founded HBK in 1998 with the commitment to make HBK the utility industry’s recognized premier engineering resource.
