PURPOSE STATEMENT
* Carry out production duties in line with requests from Shift Management assisting in achieving high quality, low cost manufacture, meeting service levels to satisfy customer's requirements.

* To ensure that all administration is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained, including, Traceability, Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, ERP etc.
* Communication and escalation of issues to Shift management in a timely manner.

What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC machines to craft precision components that meet exact specifications for critical defense, aerospace, and automotive applications.
Measure, inspect, and fine-tune your work using precision gauges, check sheets, and print dimensions to ensure every part is top quality.
Swap, adjust, and maintain tooling including offsets, inserts, and setups - keeping production efficient and accurate.
Collaborate with an experienced team, learning from seasoned machinists and sharing your knowledge to keep the shop running smoothly.
Maintain a safe, clean workspace, managing coolant and oil levels, and using cranes or hoists when needed.
Finish with pride, deburring, polishing, and preparing final components that will help power America's military and industrial strength.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, trustworthy, and safety-conscious
Ability to organize and complete tasks within deadlines
Willingness to work at a sustained pace and handle occasional pressure
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety glasses, protective footwear, ear plugs, face shield

Willing to work some overtime voluntarily and when requested
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing, machining, or CNC environment
Experience setting up and operating CNC machines

Ability to adjust machine offsets and troubleshoot minor issues

Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM; Tuesday and Thursday 6:40AM-3:30PM, plus overtime as needed on Saturday In March it will move to 6 days a week 10 - 12 hours a day System One seeking a dedicated Operator to join their team at a Non-Union Distribution Facility. The Operator will be responsible for loading dry fertilizer trucks and assisting with general operations and maintenance. This role is essential to maintaining commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
What You'll Do
+ Load dry fertilizer trucks safely and efficiently.
+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) by:
+ Complying with all EHS policies and procedures
+ Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
+ Promptly reporting unsafe conditions or incidents
+ Attending and actively participating in safety meetings and training
+ Exhibit positive behaviors, including teamwork, dependability, approachability, and a willingness to learn.
+ Complete the progression training program and demonstrate competency in all required standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Attain and maintain competency in operational roles, including:
+ Loading Operator
+ Heavy equipment operation (skid-steer, high-reach equipment)
+ Perform basic maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance on trucks and truck-loading stations.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What You'll Need
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Entry-level background in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing operations.
+ 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred, including operation of mobile equipment.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required once in the role.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
+ Comfortable performing basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
+ Authorized to work in the United States.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
+ Work environment includes occasional outdoor exposure to hot and cold conditions.
+ Ability to:
+ Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
