Hydrovac Operator w/ CDL Reports To: Hydrovac Manager Summary: The Hydrovac system is a non-destructive method of excavating as an alternative to mechanical equipment or hand-digging. The Hydrovac uses pressurized water and a vacuum system to quickly, safely, precisely and cleanly excavate around utilities and pipelines. The Waterjet Operator primarily operates the waterjet Mmchine to cut alloy sheets and plates according to the given specifications, sketches or shop travelers. As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Waterjet Operator.
