Product or parts cleaning or “treatments” such as ultrasonic, rust inhibition, washing, drying, coating and painting.
Perform quality conformance procedures including sorting, Vision System inspection, and micrometer testing.
Follow proper make down, use, safety and disposal of cleaning solutions, rust preventative, paints and other chemical treatments.
Closely observe equipment for malfunctions, quality, or potential problems, including broken or worn equipment and report immediately.
Complete required paperwork, data scanning and data entry including Job Traveler, Time Sheets, and Inspection Report Forms.
Follow assigned operations, as contained in the job traveler, including rate required.
