This role supports the production of high-precision components used across military, aerospace, and commercial applications. The TSC Operator ensures materials are prepared correctly, equipment is operated safely, and finished parts meet ECS's performance and durability expectations. Key Responsibilities Operate thermo-stamping machines, presses, and related equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required. · Prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, or machine operation strongly preferred. · Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly and accurately. · Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. · Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup and operation. · Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). · Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50+ lbs. · Strong communication skills and reliability are essential. · Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
