Summary
Responsible for tasks assigned by the Company in connection with service order and repair activity on fiber network facilities between and including the customer-serving terminal and into the customer's premise, as well as installation activity at the fiber hub. These tasks may include, but not be limited to, installation and maintenance of voice and data and video equipment and/or service at the customer premise, in addition to providing revenue enhancing offers to the customer. General Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Installs, removes, rearranges, programs, tests, troubleshoots and maintains fiber network services.
* Installs and configures routers, set top boxes. May assist with installation of PC software as needed and ensure proper configuration of the customer's PC. Interacts with the Fiber Solution Center as needed. May install appropriate inside wire/cable (such as Cat 5E, Coaxial cable).
* Installs, maintains and repairs outside and inside fiber equipment/facilities including inside wiring and fiber jumpers at the distribution hub. Activates the ONT.
* Interfaces with customer to negotiate the placement of equipment, may assist with account registration, e-mail, and web access, and training the customer on how to use the new equipment. Ensures the customer is satisfied with the work that has been done. Responds to inquiries and provides follow-up.
* Interprets schematic work order drawings to determine job specifications and installation needs. Orders and/or obtains required equipment. Effects problem solving where appropriate.
* Utilizes various test equipment to analyze equipment trouble and takes appropriate maintenance action.
* May be required to perform other duties of the Customer Service Technician II classification.
* May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.
* Per our Company policy, and consistent with the weight specifications of equipment used to work aloft, candidates cannot exceed 275 pounds, this is inclusive of clothing and with proper footwear.

Assist in Ordnance Assessment planning throughout the weapon systems life cycle, to include gathering production, deficiency, and usage data, as well as reviewing plan
Assist with the coordination between the Designated Technical Activity and Requiring Agency on changes that are proposed during all phases of weapons development, sustainment, and disposal, determining the full impact on users and the full range of solution prior to implementation on configuration changes.
Provide technical writing and editing to maintain documentation packages, which may include incorporation of change papers, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), technical documents, engineering drawings, and performance specifications.

Perform Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA) and provide recommendations for ILA policy. Review Program documentation, such as SOW, LCSP, and LRFS, and provide inputs. Participate in site evaluations, and document identified capabilities, limitations, and gaps.
Assist in inventories and reporting of government property.
Provide input to Support Equipment requirements and associated support strategies for new and modified weapon systems.
Provide input to acquisition schedules, LSCP, User's Logistics Support Summaries (ULSS), LRFS, ILS SOWs, DMSMS/Obsolescence Plans, IUID Plans, SERDs, ECPs, Configuration Control Board forms, and other logistics elements planning documents for review and approval.
Act as the lead for all Ground/Aircrew training, On-the-Job and classroom curricula development and assist in providing onsite training (formal and OJT) and technical support for newly developed and existing operational weapons, weapons systems, equipment, and components.
Participate in the review, development, and update of Naval Training System Plans for the weapon systems. Perform consultation, advisement, training, collection, analysis, interpretation, and develop specialized information about equipment.
Provide such information together with advisory services as related advice to those to develop training programs for Fleet personnel. Develop, revise, update and and/or review training programs including training plans, training courseware and training aides. Assist in the development of initial fleet training packages for the weapon systems.
Education/Experience/Skills:
BS or BA degree; Working towards Professional Logistics Certification.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional two (2) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
At least 10 years' experience. A least six (6) years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics.
Must have the ability to interpret technical publications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Capable of assisting leading a team, as well as mentoring and training junior technicians. Must possess ability to work tactfully with professional engineers, technicians, customers, and management staff on all levels of effort. Must be capable of adhering to all Federal, State, and Company safety regulations.
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. Principal Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates, administers, and regulates the operations of the maintenance departments per policy and instruction. Defines and assigns responsibilities, functions, and operations and ensures full and effective employment and compliance of assigned personnel.

The mission of NAWCWD is to provide the Armed Forces with effective and affordable integrated warfare systems and life-cycle support to ensure battle space dominance. NAWCWD operates the Navy's largest Western Land and Sea Range Test and Evaluation Complex which is used to verify and validate proof of concepts to operationally fielded capabilities by applying new technologies and performing Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), including logistics and in-service support for guided missiles, free-fall weapons, targets, crew systems, and electronic warfare systems.
Primary Functions:
The Engineering Technician III performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment, using fully applicable precedents, receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed, performs recurring work independently.
This technician performs at this level one or a combination of such typical duties as:
Constructing components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions;
Following specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment.
Conducting various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selecting, preparing, and operating standard test equipment and records test data;
Extracting and compiling a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, etc., processing data, identifying errors or inconsistencies, selecting methods of data presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Check-in and check-out guests, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issuing keys.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process payments and transactions, including room charges, cash, debit, or credit.
Ensure the common area and lobby are clean and presentable.
Run daily reports, such as arrivals, departures, and special requests, checking for accuracy.
Maintain front desk supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to track room readiness.
Answer guest calls and provide information about the property and local attractions.
Perform administrative duties, including filing and updating records.

Requirements:

Electronics Technician I
Under the direct supervision of a group lead or senior technician, the Electronic Technician I is responsible for supporting and maintaining ground-based electronic systems. This role involves performing routine tasks, troubleshooting, and assisting with the installation and repair of electronic equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform work on various types of electronic equipment and related devices through a combination of installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting, modifying, construction, and testing.
Operate and maintain electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, digital and analog computers, industrial measuring and controlling equipment, microwave amplifiers and transmission lines, high voltage power supplies and keying circuits, indicators and displays, and antenna positioning systems.
Apply technical knowledge of electronic principles to solve basic problems using diagrams, schematics, engineering data and test equipment.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and effect repairs to restore equipment to required operating condition.
Manipulate computer keyboards and view and interpret computer displays.
Troubleshoot to the component level and make needed repairs.
Perform other job-related duties, as required.

Qualifications:
Education and/or training in electronics from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent military training is required for this position.

Basic knowledge of college math, DC and AC electronics, digital logic, solid-state devices, and circuits
Basic understanding of general electronics
Familiarity with electronic, electro-mechanical, and computer systems
Familiarity with test equipment used to maintain and repair equipment
Basic troubleshooting and soldering skills
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid California driver's license.

Work Environment, Physical and Mental Demands:
Employee will be required to work some shift work, at remote locations, and occasional over-night assignments.
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor duties may be performed on even and uneven surfaces, which may be dry or wet. Grease or oil may be found on working surfaces. Outdoor duties may be performed on gravel or shingled roof. Climbing stairs, ladders, towers, and scaffolds, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, (anything heavier requires two or more people or mechanical assistance) are required. Provide direct treatment to children and families under the supervision of an SLP-CCC. • Conduct speech-language screenings using age-appropriate protocols.
