Position Description Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk assists with the compiling, processing, and maintenance of accounts payable records. Essential Functions: Focused. Review, code and verify invoices are properly entered into the financial system with supporting documentation. Dedication. Prepare and process weekly batch check runs, wire transfers and ACH. Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records Assist with monthly status reports and monthly closings. Mastery. Reconcile various vendor statements. Respect and engage.
