Fahrman Center is a 42-bed adult residential treatment facility that provides inpatient addictions services for men and women as well as restorative justice services for clients who are involved with various correctional entities.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible 2nd shift opportunity working 3pm-10pm M/W/F and every other weekend 10am-10pm. Contractual requirements set forth by the Federal Bureau of Prisons requires one male and one female to be on shift at all times as Fahrman Center is a co-ed facility. Per those contractual requirements, the specific need for this role at this time is a male candidate who is able to conduct observed UAs on our male residents.
Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors).
Essential Duties and responsibilities:

A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is required for the position. Maintain cleanliness and compliance in a clean-room or GMP production environment
Follow and accurately document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Perform mold press operations and quality checks throughout production
Read and follow all written and verbal instructions to ensure product accuracy
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic math and measurement skills
Comfortable working in a clean-room or controlled environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
