Position Summary
The Massachusetts Impaired Driver (MID) Instructor provides group and/or individual clinical services to patients mandated by Court or RMV to complete the driver alcohol education program. The MID Instructor completes initial adult comprehensive assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews for each participant. Additionally, the instructor participates in ongoing curriculum development and provides documentation and consultation with probation officers, courts, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
The MID Program is a 16-week educational program for individuals with a first DUI conviction. Participation is court-mandated, requiring attendance at sixteen 2-hour group sessions, a mid-point interview, and an exit interview.

We're hiring Gymnastics Instructors to join the team at the Highland County YMCA! Have you ever wanted to work in the sports field? Do you want to share your knowledge and love of gymnastics with kids? Then help us by becoming a Gymnastics Instructor at the Y! Our instructors are responsible for providing class curriculum & instructing gymnastics to children ages 3 & up.

Responsibilities:
Follows the YMCA of the USA teaching guidelines.
Work with children to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics while following all safety procedures and protocols.
Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate those objectives to participants.
Monitor participants' performance to make suggestions for improvement and to ensure knowledge of course standards & objectives.
Set up/tear down equipment.
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate the ability to teach a safe and effective class.
Possess current CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen certifications.
Must be available to work through the school year.
Prior experience in gymnastics required; experience instructing intermediate levels preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
USAG Safety Certification or YUSA Gymnastics Instruction certification a plus.
