Receives special orders properly and uses suggestive selling methods when possible. Maintains attractive and appealing cases and displays for increased sales. Maintains product quality and cost control to maximize sales and profits and minimize losses. Possesses knowledge of bakery items, descriptions and ingredients so as to better serve our guests and answer any questions that might arise.

Ensure all products meet quality standards in appearance, freshness, and taste. Monitor and rotate baked goods and ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness. Maintain accurate baking logs and documentation. Health, Safety & Cleanliness: Follow SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety protocols and all relevant local, state, and federal health codes. Keep baking area, ovens, utensils, and storage clean and sanitized throughout shifts. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures to avoid burns, slips, or other hazards. Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists and maintain required documentation. Team Collaboration & Store Support: Communicate clearly and respectfully with shift leads, managers, and fellow team members. Support café team during peak periods with restocking, prepping, or packaging when needed. Maintain a sense of urgency, focus, and attention to detail throughout each shift. Be flexible and willing to assist with other store duties when required.
