The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). Requirements Education/Training: High School Diploma, some college preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years retail experience. Skills/Knowledge: Strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent guest service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
