RIE Coatings is hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join our growing team! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on position, we'd love to meet you.
Job Duties
Machine Operators are responsible for performing a variety of production tasks, including:
Entering production data into the computer
Inspecting parts for quality and proper processing
Moving heavy bins of product using a pallet jack
Loading and unloading parts into coating machines
Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
These positions are labor-intensive and require strong attention to detail, consistency, and safe work practices.
Shift Hours
Sunday -Thursday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Training will be completed on 1st shift for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
Pay & Incentives
$17.50/hour base wage
$2.50/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
Pay increase opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months, then annually

The Project Coordinator is an exciting combination of a cross -functional, multi-project manager and a technical account manager working across all Winding's sites in North America.
