What Does A Rig Hand Do At ADM

* Sweeps and washes decks, barges, and holds of ships using brooms, brushes, shovels, and mops.
* Measures barge displacement using drafting tools.
* Operates deck winches, and other machinery needed for deck operations such as a generator, mobile equipment and pumps.
* Inspects cables and various rigging components of crane deck.
* Delivers supplies between rigs and other locations.
* Lubricates machinery and equipment such as crane buckets, excavators, wheeled loaders, etc.
* Paints decks, and superstructure of vessel, using brush.
* Examines cables that holds vessels in tow and tightens cables to ensure vessels are secure.
* Signals using hands, flags, etc. during crane and equipment operation to ensure safe navigation.
* Opens and closes barge covers.
* Responsible for deck inventory and other accountability logs and paperwork.
* Assists in rig, ship, and barge mooring operations

What Does A Rig Hand Do At Falcon Flowback Services, LLC

* Communicate with Rig
* Up Lead regarding job.
* Ensure rig-up trailer is loaded with necessary equipment & supplies to complete the job.
* Safely and efficiently execute rig-up and rig-down of job sites.
* Prepare paperwork for all job sites which includes JHA, checkout sheet, Daily Act Sheet, and DOT Inspections.
* Responsible for the safe transportation of the crew and equipment to and from job locations in a timely manner.
* Maintains accurate work tickets based on the Company's requirements and the work performed for the customer.
* Responsible for complying with all applicable DOT rules and regulations, including but not limited to, accurate driving log books, and pre-trip / post trip inspections.
* Assist in maintenance of equipment in the field as well as in the yard.
* Clean and maintain rig-up trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
* Assists in the assembly and disassembly of equipment.
* Maintain a clean shop and yard.
* Comply with Attendance Standards.
* Other duties as assigned
