What you will do:
* Non-supervisory rig-based drilling positions are responsible for performing various manual labor tasks throughout the rig site, including rig up and down activities, general equipment operation, repairs and maintenance on rig components, assigned activities on the rig floor, mud-mixing, handling tubulars in the derrick, and other various duties as assigned.

What you need:
* The worker must be at least 18 years of age
* The worker must pass a post-offer physical examination
* The worker must have proper legal authorization to work in the country where the rig is operating
* Work assignments are generally 12 hours per day, for 14-28 consecutive days, followed by 14-28 days off
* Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
* Basic computer skills required
* Non-entry-level positions require a minimum of six months of prior drilling experience, as well as knowledge of procedures associated with drilling a well
* Prior mechanical equipment experience is preferred for motorman positions

The Lithography Operator will set up and operate lithography equipment based on customer specifications. This position involves working with colors along with identifying appropriate inks are meeting customers specifications in order to provide the highest quality can to customers.
Job Duties:
Read blueprints and can drawings to determine job specifications and tooling.
Set up and operate all lithography equipment.
Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on lithography related equipment.
Observe machine operations to detect machine faults and make adjustments necessary for the line.
Communication with fellow operators to update on production.
Perform routine quality checks and record findings to ensure cans are meeting job specifications.
Obtain coating weights and record information for EPA data analysis.
Proficiently perform changeovers and production of aluminum containers to the specifications set by the customer.
Monitor environmental factors, such as humidity and temperature that may impact equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
Authority to stop and/or modify work processes due to non-conformance and/or unsafe working conditions.
Report all potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.
Perform all other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Basic computer skills.
The ability to see details at close range.
The ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
Blueprint reading.
Ability to solve problems.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Measuring skills using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Quality control skills.
Must be a team player and possess a "can do" attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods of time on concrete floor.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
Work Environment:
This role is in a manufacturing environment and the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts that produce noise.
Key Result Areas:
Prepare raw materials: use scales to batch raw materials into differing quantities per recipes
Form castable shapes: raw material batching, mold preparation, raw material mixing, transferring mix to mold, demolding
Drying casted shapes: operate natural gas-powered ovens to dry the casted pieces
Perform ancillary finishing operations: attach additional parts to or modify the dried pieces as needed
Packaging: prepare finished parts in correct quantities and with correct packaging materials per customer specifications
Raw material and product testing.
Physical inventory cycle counting.
Equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
General housekeeping, including waste collection and disposal.
Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work safely and follow prescribed safety rules and procedures
Must have basic mechanical aptitude, problem solving ability, and math skills.
Perform basic data entry and collection to record production, test results, material receipts, shipments, etc.
Keep accurate written records and be quality conscious.
Heavy manual lifting (routinely 25-50 lbs/max lifting of 100 lbs.), climb ladders and work at heights of 30 ft or higher.
Safely operate lift truck, hoist crane, or other material handling equipment.
Work as a member of a team performing a variety of job duties.
Able to take initiative, react quickly and completes tasks with limited supervision.
Able to work a variety of shift patterns and overtime as required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position directly reports to the various quarry supervisors. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities include assisting in production functions and maintenance.

Job Summary:
Performs duties to set up, adjust and operate various types of tube cutting and end finishing equipment to produce tubing of a specified length and end condition. Receives direction from the shift Supervisor/Department Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Confirm that tubing presented to the Cutoff/End Finish Machine, conforms to the order.
Setups, installs, and adjusts tools, collets, clamps, targets, etc. for product size, desired length, and end finish.
Verify finished tubing is within size and length tolerance and satisfies order requirements for straightness and surface.
Accurately enters product tag and inspection reports into the Apollo System. Segregate discrepant material from prime product.
Performs minor polishing of collets and clamps if/when necessary.
Bundles, bands, and frames tubing for shipment.
Refers concerns about tubing quality or equipment condition to Supervisor/Department Manager.
Perform routine preventative maintenance procedures on Cutoff/End Finish Machines and assist Maintenance Employees with repairs.
NEVER operate a machine without Safety Guards in place.
Communicates with other shifts regarding the status of operations and equipment.
Must be available for overtime as required.
Maintain a CLEAN, ORGANIZED and SAFE work area.

Position Overview
Dormitory Parents are the heart of daily life at ORCA. Working in direct support of the Executive Director, Dormitory Parents provide a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for students. They model Christian living, guide boys toward respectful and responsible behavior, oversee meals and house and farm chores, and ensure the dorm operates smoothly. This is both a calling and a career-an opportunity to impact the lives of young men for eternity.
Key Responsibilities
· In a mature and Christ-like way, model and teach biblical principles of respect, responsibility, and faith at all levels
· Supervise and guide the daily life of students in the dormitory
· Oversee student routines including meals, hygiene, chores, study hall, and recreation
· Provide instruction and accountability for farm chores and grounds care
· Prepare nutritious meals, plan menus, and oversee food inventory
