Pros of working at RightStar

RightStar is a very employee centric company. They invest in training and other skills enhancement in order to make their consultants more marketable and their jobs more stable.

The CEO came e up through the ranks and therefore can emphasize with the ranbk and file.

More frequent interactions between the employees. This could be beneficial by providing a forum for exchanging ideas.

I aligned my experience with the skills needed. For each skill set, I found multiple examples of how my work matched the requested skills.
