From 1998 to 2001, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Argenisis, a subsidiary of Tenfold, a software products and services company, leading teams that built both securities lending and energy trading management systems. In 1986, Mr. Warren was commissioned as a second lieutenant for the United States Army Corps of Engineers and is currently a retired reservist. He graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering.
