1947

He joined the Ohio Seed Improvement Association in 1947.

1954

Karl began custom cleaning grain when he was involved with Nosco in Delta in 1954.

1963

In 1963, Riker Laboratories Australia acquired R.D Toppin & Sons, a contract manufacturer, and moved product manufacturing to a site in Thornleigh in NSW, Australia.

1970

In 1970, 3M Pharmaceuticals acquired Riker Laboratories.

1973

Son, George, joined the family farm in 1973 after graduation from OSU with a degree in Agricultural Economics.

1976

Dan began working for RFS in 1976 during his summers off from teaching Industrial Arts at Anthony Wayne High School.

2004

In 2004, Dan retired from teaching and began working for RFS full time as ongoing health problems forced George to stop working.

2006

3M Pharmaceuticals sold its branded pharmaceutical interests globally in 2006 and the business that was spun-off in Australia, Asia-Pacific and Africa became known as iNova Pharmaceuticals.

2017

The relationship with Valeant Pharmaceuticals ended in October 2017 when the company was acquired by our current owners.
