Pros of working at Rimini Street

Great deal of autonomy to set your goals and marshall resources to achieve them.

Cons of working at Rimini Street

Senior Leadership manages in a "command and control" style - managing by exception instead of by explicit guidance. There are frequent, major, strategy changes which causes frustration across the company.

Rimini Street benefits

Ability to work from home and set my own schedule. As leader of Strategic Partnerships, I had Global responsibility (as I have in my last few positions), so flexibility is required.
